Purpose and Identification

Regulating the sale of products to consumers in Spain and the European Union.

2. Purchase process

The contract is concluded with the electronic confirmation of the order.

3. Pricing

Prices include VAT where applicable.

4. Payment Methods, Shipping & Customs

5. Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to cancel the purchase.

6. Warranty and Exclusions

The products are legally guaranteed for 3 years against manufacturing defects in accordance with EU regulations.

Warranty exclusions: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Expressly excluded are damages resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Unauthorized modifications, alterations or repairs.
• Negligent, improper or contrary to instructions use of the product.

7. Presale / Crowdfunding Campaigns

In the case of acquiring products catalogued in the pre-sale or crowdfunding phase, the user accepts that:

• The payment constitutes advance financing of the project.
• The delivery times indicated are estimates and delays may occur due to manufacturing or logistical reasons.
• If the project cannot be completed due to objective causes or force majeure, the company will proceed to the full reimbursement of the amounts contributed, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability and Technical Disclaimer

The company's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The product is a conductive engineered device designed as an electrical reference.

• It is not a medical device.
• It does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease.
• Specific results are not guaranteed.

The user is responsible for verifying that the electrical installation complies with current regulations and is properly grounded.

The company shall not be liable for consequential damages, loss of profit or misuse of the product. The user is responsible for the correct use of the device at his own risk. The maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

9. Force Majeure

The company shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform due to force majeure, including pandemics, conflicts, governmental restrictions or supply problems.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, trademarks, technical documentation and images are the exclusive property of the company. Reproduction, distribution or reverse engineering without express authorization is prohibited.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In case of dispute, if the buyer is a final consumer, the competent courts shall be those of his place of residence. For sales to companies or professionals, the parties submit to the courts of Granada (Spain).
