We accept returns within 30 calendar days following receipt of your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
For your product to be eligible for a refund, it must strictly meet the following requirements:
Must be in the same conditions in which you received it.
The device may not have been altered, modified, scratched, painted, or bent. (as it is an electrical precision equipment, any physical damage voids the return).
It must be returned with its original packaging, manuals and accessories.
The purchase must have been made exclusively through our official website (shileon.com). We do not accept returns of products purchased through third parties or distributors.
Previous contact: Write to us at info@shileon.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
Approval and Ticket: Our support team will assign you a ticket or authorization number. Please keep this number for any inquiries.
Shipping: We will provide you with instructions on where to send the package. We are not responsible for returns sent without prior authorization or without the ticket number clearly indicated on the outside of the package.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of its approval or rejection.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original payment method.
Payment will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the moment we receive the product at our facilities.
Return costs: The customer is responsible for bearing the shipping costs to return the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the package.
Original shipments: If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within the first 14 days Upon delivery, we will refund you the full cost of the product plus the original standard shipping charges. If the return is made between the 15th and the 30th, If the product is not available, only the amount of the product will be reimbursed.
Customs and taxes: Customs duties, tariffs or import taxes paid by international customers (outside the EU) are not refundable under any circumstances.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted in the following cases:
Products damaged by misuse, negligence or faulty electrical installation by the customer.
Modified or customized items after delivery.
Abusive return attempts: The same customer may only return products on a maximum of 2 consecutive occasions.
(For B2B orders or large volume purchases exceeding €1,000, the company reserves the right to apply a 15% restocking fee on the value of the refund, subject to prior notification).
